With the arrival of Propelleblatt 12 and the photograph of the Pfalz D.X Parasol identified by my late friend of many, many Peter Grosz, was a surprise. I had tried to rationalize the Pfalz design transition to the Pfalz D.XII using their approach with the D.VII a and D.VIII. What it now appears that the single bay machine was propable the D.XI and the two bay with the Pfalz D.IIIa type fuselage with the side radiators was the prototype D.XII. We still don‘t know what the D.IX looked like.
I would like to see the performance data on the D.X. I wonder how it compared to the SSW D.IV.
